Too early for the holidays, you say? Nonsense! It’s October fer cryin’ out loud! I think Wally World had their plastic Santas and fake snöe out in August. IKEA is a fantastic resource for all your holiday decorating.  Swedish holiday decor is rustic, earthy and simple. This year’s offerings feature stars, candleabras, and lots of lights. Red, white and stripes. Fun!  FYI: The straw goat is based on the Gävle goat – a Swedish Yule goat (no kidding, baa-aaa-aaa!), a tradition dating back to 1966. For those of us who don’t have the luxury of a full-time guest room, a sleeper sofa is a necessity.
