It’s now available in the app store – the 2011 IKEA Catalog in its entirety in the brand new IKEA iPhone Catalogue application. It’s been in development for months, and was finally approved over the weekend so that you can browse the IKEA catalog from your iPhone or iPad instead of waiting for a paper copy.
As other countries come online with their online catalogues for 2011, they will also be available through this app which was released by IKEA global. See more screenshots and reviews…

Reviews thus far are mixed – many who’ve tried it on the iPad are disappointed with the resolution and image quality, and there are some complaints that it simply won’t download. I’m guessing it might have to do with network speed as this baby is 58Mb of download! As we speak, mine is still downloading…

Arg… I would like to see Ikea consider an app compatible wit Android.
i downloaded it last night but haven’t had a chance to play with it yet! how fun, though!!!
