Recycle Compact Fluroescents at IKEA
Did you know that in addition to paper, glass, plastic and cardboard recycling, you can recyle Compact Fluorescent light bulbs (CFL) at IKEA?
CFL bulbs use 80 percent less energy and last 10 times longer than traditional bulbs. However, CFL bulbs contain a small amount of mercury, which means that the bulbs have to be recycled in a safe way.
